We will be working on updating the Customer Portal between 9am -5 pm on Saturday 18th December 2010.
You may face intermittent access issues while trying to connect to the Customer Portal and with your Customer Portal data during thie period.
Web Support will too be impacted during this time and as such you may receive errors while submitting tickets during the database update.
This should not last longer than a couple of minutes at any given instance , as such always check if your ticket went thur, else try submitting again after 5-10 minutes.
