Self Managed VPS Hosting

With a Self Managed VPS you have your own environment and have access to first-class hardware with redundant power supplies and disks configured in RAID, at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated server. It is very flexible and easy to update when you need to increase resources.

All VPS served under “Un-Managed” or “Self- Managed” service level will include management of below services ONLY:

• Initial Setup (Server Provisioning)
• Server Network Troubleshooting
• Reverse DNS Setup
• Unlimited Server Reboots upon Request

Any other configuration, setup and day to day management issues should be handled directly by customer and it is not covered under “Self-Maanged” service level. In case you would like us to look into any kind of server issues (not mentioned above), this will be charged at $50/hr. Basically, any issue that is not mentioned above and that requires us to login to customer’s server will be charged under custom support.

Any application level issues will be separately quoted based upon the task type.All third party software specific support is to be obtained directly from the relevant software vendor by VPS customer.

Your Fully Managed VPS hosting will be active within 24 hours of purchase, due to security reasons. We usually activate VPS accounts within 12 hours. Migration of data from your earlier servers will take additional time depending upon the size of data to be moved as well as your previous servers data transfer settings and network connection at that particular time.

Cpanel is compulsory for Fully Managed Accounts.
